Paid Membership Terms – SecureSeniorConnections

Welcome to our community! SecureSeniorConnections LLC (“SSC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an online networking website for adults ages 60 and over located at: goSSC.com (the “Site”). We thank you for your interest in our paid memberships. The Paid Membership Terms cover paid memberships if you do not have a Sponsor. The Paid Membership Terms are in addition to our Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference here.

Paid Membership Plans

We may offer several membership plans that are only available for adults 60 years old and over. Some membership plans may have differing pricing, conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you. If you have specific questions regarding your SSC membership plan, contact us at support@goSSC.com. By purchasing a membership, you agree to an initial and recurring membership fee at the then-current membership rate, provided that we will give you advanced notice either via your membership account or email if your recurring membership fees changes. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

Automatic Renewal Terms

Your SSC membership will continue and automatically renew until terminated. You must cancel your membership at least 10 days before it renews to avoid billing of the membership fees for the next billing cycle to your payment method (see "Cancellation" below).

No Refunds

Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used membership periods.

Cancellation

You can cancel your SSC membership at least 10 days ahead of the next billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to SSC through the end of your billing period. If you instead choose to fully delete your account, not only are you initiating the cancellation of your SSC membership plan, but you also will lose access to all information in your account following the timeline indicated in notifications from our website and emails to you. You will not be refunded for your current billing period if your account is deleted before your billing period is over.

Billing Cycle

The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of membership that you choose when you signed up for the membership plan. Contact support@goSSC.com and ask for your next payment date if you would like to confirm your payment date. We may authorize your payment method in anticipation of membership or service-related charges through various methods, including authorizing it up to approximately one month of service as soon as you register or one year if you choose an annual membership plan.

Payment Methods

The fee for the SSC membership plan and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and transaction fees, will be charged to your payment method. You agree to pay in full the price for your SSC membership by credit card or debit card as each payment, if any, is due. If your payment method on file fails for any reason, SSC may continually attempt to charge such payment method until payment is successful. If you need to update your payment method, contact support@goSSC.com for further instructions. We may also update your payment methods using the information provided by the payment service providers. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your membership, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid payment method. You remain responsible for uncollected amounts.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change our membership plans or adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes or changes to your membership plan will take effect following notice to you.

Promotional Offers

We may from time to time offer special promotional offers, plans or memberships (“Promotion”). Promotion eligibility is determined by SSC at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to revoke an offer.
