Can I use a promotion code?
Great question! We are so glad that you would like to be a part of the SSC community. To confirm if your promotion code is still valid, please contact support@goSSC.com.
To use the promotion code that you received, simply click to sign up for whatever membership plan you would like and enter what the promotion code is on the same page you enter all the payment information.
What does my membership include?
Your membership includes access to all of your favorite SSC features. Stay connected through daily workshops, socials and classes. Learn new information in our exclusive articles with topics tailored for older adults and explore our Groups where you can chat with others who share your interests. Still thinking it over?

How and when will I be billed for the membership?
When you sign up for a membership, you choose a membership plan - a monthly plan or an annual plan. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of membership that you choose when you sign up.
You may cancel your membership at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy (see more details in Paid Membership Terms).

How do I renew my membership?
Your SSC membership will continue and automatically renew until terminated. You must cancel your membership at least 10 days before it renews to avoid billing of the membership fees for the next billing cycle to your payment method.
