Can I cancel my SecureSeniorConnections membership?
While we would be sad to see you go, we want you to know you always have the option to cancel your membership. We welcome feedback and would love to hear what led to your decision so we can work on improving your experience!
If you do choose to cancel, you must do so at least 10 days ahead of your next billing cycle. Don't worry, you will still have access to your account through the end of the billing period.

Does deleting my account also cancel my membership?
We are sorry to hear that you would like to leave SecureSeniorConnections. If you choose to delete your account completely, your membership will end and you will no longer have access to your account.
It takes 10 days to process your deletion request. During that 10-day period, you still have the option to reverse the deletion of your account and restore it. After that 10-day processing period, your account will be fully deleted.
