If you are already a SecureSeniorConnections member but have been stuck on the login page, have no fear! We are here to help! Follow some quick troubleshooting steps:
- First, make sure you are on the right page. If you are unsure what that is, just click on the link: goSSC.com
- Once you are on the right page, make sure you are logging in with the correct email and password for the site. If your computer/browser is auto-populating the login information, delete what was auto-populated and type in the login information manually.
- If you are still having issues with logging in, try to reset your password by clicking on the I forgot my password link. If you click that, a pop-up will appear and ask you for your email to send you a password reset link. Once you have typed in the email address, you should receive a reset password link via email.
